We begin by gently checking in where you’re invited to share whatever feels present. From there, we’ll move into conversation, exploration, and energy-based practices as needed. In person sessions, we begin by walking barefoot through the garden, grounding into the earth, sometimes lying on the grass, letting the sun and nature hold you. Each session is specific to the individual and their preference.

Not at all. You simply need to show up as you are, with openness. Many people experience a sense of peace, clarity, or insight, regardless of belief.

Emotions are natural and welcome. I hold space gently, with care and without judgment. You will never be rushed or pushed — this is your process.

No. I am not a medical doctor, psychologist, or psychiatrist. Holistic counselling and energy therapy are complementary, not clinical, and are not a replacement for medical or mental health care. If I feel your needs are beyond the scope of what I can support, I will always do my best to refer you to someone more appropriate for your wellbeing.

Your story is held with deep care and respect. Everything you share in our sessions remains private and sacred. The only time I may need to step outside of this confidentiality is if there’s a risk of serious harm to yourself or someone else — in those rare cases, safety comes first, and the right support will be called in with compassion.

I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your session. Cancellations with less notice may be charged the full session fee.
