Many people arrive here during one of the most tender and difficult seasons of their lives. You may be carrying the weight of grief, the loss of a beloved animal companion, the end of a relationship, or a life transition that has left you feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, or unsure how to move forward.
I am a holistic counsellor and energy-based therapist. I support those navigating the many forms of grief and loss, particularly the loss of treasured animal companions, offering a compassionate space where emotions can be gently held and where your nervous system can begin to settle during times when life feels unsteady.
My journey into this work was shaped through my own experiences of loss, change, and rediscovery. My family migrated from Spain during my teenage years, and learning to find my place, my voice, and a sense of belonging in a new country deeply influenced the way I now hold space for others moving through transitions of their own.
Over the years I have walked through many seasons of grief, divorce, farewells to beloved animal companions, and later the profound loss of both my parents within a short time. I was honoured to care for them during their final months and years. While raising my eldest son on my own, there were moments of uncertainty, yet within those experiences I discovered the quiet resilience and inner wisdom that lives within each of us.
In time, life gently rebuilt itself around me. I created a new family, a home, and most importantly a deeper connection with myself and the work I now offer. Every chapter, even the most painful, has guided me to hold a safe and compassionate space where people can move through grief, reconnect with their inner balance, and rediscover their strength.
